This timeless blue striped mug is a replica of the mug in Dylan Thomas writing shed in Laugharne, Wales, UK.
It is made from stoneware clay is safe to use in the dishwasher and microwave.

Approx. height 7.5 cm, diameter 8 cm and it hold approx. 200mils

As the mugs are hand thrown there may be a slight variation, each mug is unique.

Dylan Thomas was born October 27th 1914 in Swansea, Wales UK .He was a writer whose works include the poems "Do not go gentle into that good night" and "And death shall have no dominion"; the "play for voices" Under Milk Wood; and stories and radio broadcasts such as A Child's Christmas in Wales and Portrait of the Artist as a Young Dog. He lived in The Boathouse, Laugharne with his wife and three. Children. Today the Boathouse is a museum full of memorabilia.

In 2014 "I was commissioned to make a replica mug for the 'Pop Up Shed' that traveled around the UK to celebrate the 100 anniversary of the poet Dylan Thomas birth"
